Leadership development

Six capabilities. Endless application.

Focus

Communication.

Speak so people move. Listen so people trust.

Why leadership coaching

Three reasons the best leaders keep a coach.

01

Perspective.

A coach shows you what you cannot see from inside the role — the blind spots, the patterns, the choices you've stopped noticing.

02

Accountability.

Vision without cadence is a wish. Coaching creates the structure that turns intention into shipped results, week after week.

03

Acceleration.

Leaders who invest in coaching grow faster because they compress years of trial-and-error into months of directed practice.

The research

Leadership backed by research.

Our work is grounded in the discipline of the academy and sharpened by two decades of building, running, and turning around real businesses. The result is coaching that holds up in the boardroom and stands up to scrutiny.

About George

A life spent asking one question: what does great leadership actually look like?

George built and ran companies before he ever taught leadership. He has owned businesses, led corporate teams, taught in university lecture halls, and coached leaders across four continents. That range is intentional — he sits at the intersection of practice, theory and application.

Clients describe his approach as rigorous without being clinical, warm without being soft. He is a Prosci-certified change practitioner, an AI-in-business graduate, a doctoral researcher of organizational leadership, and — most importantly — someone who has been in the seat his clients occupy.

Testimonials

In their own words.

0105
I had always been complimented as a great leader and business person. However, in the last few years, I made decisions that revealed gaps in my leadership and strategic thinking. George worked with my team and me for five months, and today we are back on track. Our profitability has improved, our staff enjoys coming to work again, and our clients notice the difference.
