As you approach the study of leadership, the assumptions you make shape your thinking about leadership. One way leadership is developed is by converting experience into knowledge.

This WHY statement is a succinct and powerful declaration of my core purpose, values, and beliefs. It serves as a guiding principle that defines the reason behind what I do, goes beyond just the products and services I provide, and conveys a deeper sense of meaning and impact.

We are a fairly small, flexible management and professional development studio that does leader and leadership development for solopreneurs, new business start-ups, and non-profits.

We work flexibly with clients to fulfill the organization's leadership and management functions (strategic and business improvement) through coaching, training, seminars, and workshops.
