Among my coaching services, there’s generally a very strong personal development component because I tend to focus more tightly on skill development and in many cases I will tie these personal developmental “objectives” to the coachee’s career and life.
Fees & Policies
Leadership Coaching services can be customized to best support your needs, and cost varies directly with the amount of time you request, and variability in fees is based on a coach’s expertise and the level of the coachee. I am a very experienced in cross- cultural, cross-functional, and self-managing work environments, with solid business and strong entrepreneurial backgrounds.
My Leadership Coaching services are usually a flat fee including assessments, interviews, face-to-face, and telephone/Zoom coaching meetings.“Research shows that the EQ is linked to higher sales and profits; Increased performance; Improved customer satisfaction; Decreased attrition rates; Reduction in training costs ….”
Contracts
Signing a contract is not required, but I encourage clients to make a mental commitment to themselves, for at least 3 months of coaching. The most common duration of an engagement is six months, and I usually spend four hours or more per month working directly with my coachees. Most invoicing is done monthly or as services are rendered.
No stop-watch zone
Unlike most coaches, I do not book clients back-to-back, so I don’t have to end a coaching call/meeting/Skype until we are truly finished discussing what is important to your success.
